• Lip balm/Chapstick

Basic Camping Equipment

• Duffle bag
• Warm sleeping bag in stuff sack (-10F rated; heavyweight) or 2 Lightweight sleeping bags, or 1 Lightweight sleeping bag and 1 full/queen size blanket 
• Foam or inflatable sleeping pad (no air mattresses)
• Flashlight (with extra batteries and bulb)
• Water bottle(s) (1-2 liters) (wide mouth refillable bottle)
• Eating bowl, drinking cup, spoon, fork & knife (Mess kit 7.88 @ walmart)\
• Travel mug with locking lid for hot chocolate/coffee (Coffee is only for those 18 and up and will not be given to minors)
• Plastic zip bags for gear (to hold small items)

Clothing

• Snow pants
• Insulated Hiking boots, or Snow boots
• Winter appropriate sneakers
• Wool sweater or fleece
• Winter Coat
• Warm hat/Balaclava
• Warm gloves (2 pairs)
• Long non cotton underwear (Under Armor Cold Gear or similar)
• warm socks (2per day +1 = 5 pairs minimum)
• Shirts (1 per day +1 extra = 3)
• Long trousers (1 per day +1 extra = 3)
• Undershirt  (Under Armor Cold Gear or similar)

Toilet Articles

• Soap
• Small towel
• Washcloth
• Toothbrush & toothpaste
• Comb

Miscellaneous

• Camp Chair (You are responsible for your own sitting implement, if you do not bring one, one will not be lent to you. their are picnic tables)
• Playing Cards

Items NOT to Bring

• Cell Phones, Handheld Gaming devices, TV, iPod/MP3/Walkman,
• Sheath knife, hatchet, or axe
• Personal heaters
• Fireworks
